Some cookies do! All allergen information is listed with each flavour so you can choose safely. Please note that all cookies are baked in a kitchen that handles wheat, milk, soybeans, and nuts. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our products are allergen free.

We currently don't currently offer allergen-friendly or vegan options.

Can I add a personalised message to my order?

Yes! Simply enter it in the “Add a gift message” section in your basket before checkout and we'll add a note to your box.

Do you do bulk or event orders?

We do! For orders over 50 cookies, please contact us ahead of time so we can ensure everything arrives on time. Perfect for parties, gifts, or office treats.

How should I store them once they arrive?

Keep the cookies in an airtight container at room temperature.

How long do cookies stay fresh?

Each cookie has it's own best before date, between 4-6 days, printed on the packaging.

Can I freeze the cookies?

Absolutely! You can freeze cookies in a airtight container or freezer bag for up to 2 months.

When will my cookies arrive?

We aim to deliver within 1-2 working days.

My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?

First, check your tracking information to see where your package is. If it is lost or hasn’t arrived after the expected shipping time, contact us. We’ll help track it down and work with you to make sure you still get your cookies.

Do you offer returns?

As our cookies are baked fresh per order, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at hello@thesweetspotmlx.com.
